FAQ
Do I need to configure DNS myself?
Not for a domain registered through SuperFree and connected to a SuperFree site. Auto-connect handles the routing records. You can still manage additional DNS records from Settings when you need them.
Who owns the domain?
You own the domain - the registrant details you provide are used for the legal registration. You can manage the domain through SuperFree, and you can request a transfer authorization code if you later want to move it to another registrar.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. SuperFree also supports connecting an existing domain through the site’s domain settings.
When will the domain work?
Registration and connection status are shown in your dashboard. DNS and SSL provisioning can take a little time, and some DNS resolvers may continue showing the previous result while they refresh.
