1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using SuperFree, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You may not impersonate another person or use a username, domain, or content you do not have the right to use.

3. The Service

SuperFree provides tools to create, host, preview, publish, unpublish, export, import, and manage websites. Features may change over time, and parts of the service may depend on third-party providers, infrastructure, or integrations.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload to SuperFree. You give SuperFree a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and publish that content only as needed to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for your websites, custom code, uploaded or embedded content, redirects, blog posts, forms, and any material you publish through SuperFree.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use SuperFree to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Host malware, phishing, scams, or abusive content.
  • Infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Attempt to bypass account restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Interfere with the platform, overload it, scrape it abusively, or use it in a way that harms other users or visitors.

6. Domains, Publishing, and Public Content

When you publish a website, that website becomes publicly available at its assigned URL. If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for the hostname you connect, your DNS settings, and your right to use that domain.

You understand that once content is published, it may be cached, copied, indexed, or accessed by others. SuperFree does not control what third parties do with public content after publication.

7. Enterprise Services and Payments

SuperFree currently offers an optional Enterprise plan that includes a one-time payment and manual project intake. Enterprise requests are submitted through a form and payment is processed through PayPal.

Submitting project details or paying for Enterprise does not give you ownership of SuperFree’s platform, software, or branding. Enterprise timelines, communication, and deliverables may depend on the scope of the request and follow-up between you and SuperFree.

8. Suspension, Removal, and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or remove content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms the platform, or presents abuse or security concerns. We may also delete unverified accounts after the verification period expires.

9. Disclaimers

SuperFree is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every particular need.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperFree and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we do, we may post the updated version here with a revised date. Continued use of SuperFree after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
